AAB Design is a consultancy owned by Alison Anne Barnsley offering design and organization services to individuals and small businesses. Using a design process rooted in the clear articulation of needs, goals, and opportunities, combined with a hands-on, can-do approach to dealing with all of the stuff of modern life, Alison provides clients with personalized help to make the most of what they have.

Special interests include productive reuse/repurposing, the environmentally responsible disposition of no-longer-necessary goods, and custom furniture and storage solutions.

Alison earned a Master's degree in industrial design from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's degree in art from Yale University. In previous incarnations, AAB Design provided graphic design, marketing, and communications services (1997-2003), and product design, strategy, and small business consulting for inventors and entrepreneurs (2003-2009).
